BlastProjects LLC is a remote-first software development studio. We work asynchronously across time zones, which means faster turnaround and no geographic limits on who we work with. Every project is managed with clear communication, defined milestones, and a focus on delivering real outcomes for our clients.

All client projects, discussions, designs, and deliverables are treated as strictly confidential. BlastProjects LLC respects non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality obligations. We do not share, reuse, or disclose client information, intellectual property, or materials without explicit written permission. Clients may request an NDA before any work begins and we will honor it.

We take reasonable measures to protect project data and access, including:

• Secure authentication and access controls
• Trusted development and collaboration tools
• A principle of least access for all internal systems

While no system is entirely immune to risk, we are committed to responsible data handling and continuously improving our security practices.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all client-owned work remains the property of the client upon project completion and full payment. BlastProjects LLC retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes. Clients who prefer their project remain private may request confidentiality and we will document that agreement in the project contract.

All projects require a signed agreement outlining scope, deliverables, payment schedule, and timeline before work begins. Payment terms are defined per project. In the event of a cancellation or scope change, the terms of the signed agreement govern the process. We do not begin development work without a confirmed agreement in place.

BlastProjects LLC is committed to respectful, ethical, and professional collaboration at every stage of a project. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, misuse of data, or unethical behavior in any form. We build long-term relationships based on transparency, trust, and mutual respect.

BlastProjects LLC may update these policies periodically to reflect changes in operations, legal requirements, or best practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
